MSHP11.HEX is a simple hexidecimal encoding of the HP-110 Kermit .EXE file.
To decode it, download it to your HP-110 using whatever method works, then
combine every 2 characters into a single 8-bit character, and write it to
the disk.  Ignore the carriage returns and linefeeds that terminate each line
of the hex file.
