                 DM - Directory Management
Synopsis:

     This procedure is designed to help users look at and
manipulate files and directories and can be made into a complete
shell to VMS.  DM allows a user to examine any directory in a full
screen format.  Common file functions (show, edit, delete, copy,
rename, etc.) can be performed by moving the cursor to the desired
filename, and pressing a single key.  For example, moving the
cursor to a subdirectory name and pressing 's' causes the program
to display the subdirectory.  Cursor movement mimics EDT alternate
keypad/arrow key usage.  A list of the valid DM commands is on the
bottom (24th) line of the CRT, and pressing PF2 or HELP produces a
help display.
