This TECO program converts FORTRAN keywords in the edit buffer to lowercase.
The program indicates when it has completed each set of FORTRAN keywords which
start with the same letter of the alphabet. The first set of passes through the
buffer handle all F4P (FORTRAN 66) keywords. The second set of passes through
the buffer will handle the keywords used by VAX FORTRAN (FORTRAN 77).

    The v q-register text area has been saved on the q-register stack. If you
wish to terminate execution now, type

			 ]v<esc><esc>

    If you wish to convert standard FORTRAN keywords to lowercase, type

			 mv<esc><esc>
