Remote host execution of the Bulletin Board at NRL

     To run the CCF Bulletin Board program on a remote VAX/VMS system
     DECNETed to the NICENET local area network and access the CCF
     data base files you will need to perform the following steps:

     1. Copy the executable program and store in an appropriate area on
        your system:

        	NRL::SYSTEM3:[BB$PROGRAM.EXE]BBMAIN.EXE

     2. Copy the help files and store in an appropriate area on your system:

		NRL::SYSTEM3:[BB$PROGRAM.HLP]BB$TOPIC.HLP
                                             BB$MESSAGE1.HLP
                                             BB$MESSAGE2.HLP
                                             BB$BANNER.TXT

     3. Copy and edit the small command file that defines the logicals
        needed by the program.  The easiest way to run the program is
        to assign a system logical called BULLETINBOARD to point to this
        small command file.
