This is an experiment in off-beat job-hunting techniques.

What sort of software development opportunities are out there?  I'm
looking for a change from the academic life.  I'm willing to relocate.
I have familiarity with programming and system administration in a
UNIX-based environment, know about configuration control, and have
taught and am teaching courses in several areas including operating
systems, programming languages, and software engineering.  More
