Most of these actions are also available as)buttons at the bottom of the main window.3 read_identifiers!=Title Read Identifiers menu item7Read Identifiers will read all t he identifiers from the3rightslist file. This is normally not needed since4those actions that require identifiers will initiate2this action automatically. It may be necessary to7perform a Read Identifiers if any identifiers have been6created outside DWProfile since a Read Identifiers hasbeen performed.3 read=Title Read button/menu item7Read will display the UAF record specified by the User:3text field. If there is no UAF record matching the/user name, the DEFAULT record's entries will be2displayed. An optional warning box will pop up to0indicate that the user does not currently exist. 3 find_next!=Title Find Next button/menu item=Include menus select7Find Next will display the next UAF record that matches4the selection criteria given by the Select menu. If3there are no selection criteria, or if there are no3more records that match the criteria, the menu item6will be disabled. If the selection background process7is still running, a box will pop up showing how many of#the UAF records have been searched.3 write=Title Write button/menu item4Write will create or update the UAF user record with1the values that have been set in the windows. No7modifications will be made until the Write menu item or7Write button is selected. An optional message box will1pop up indicating that a write operation has been performed.3 remove=Title Remove button/menu item7Remove will delete the UAF user record specified by the7User: text field. A confirmation box will allow you tocancel the removal.3 quit=Title Quit button/menu item0Quit exits DWprofile. Any user record currentlydisplayed will not be modified. 2 windows=Title The Windows Menu=Keyword windows/The Windows menu controls the secondary windows7displayed by DWProfile. If a window is displayed, its toggle button will be 'on'.3 access=Title Access window=Keyword access4The Access window displays the days of the week that1are primary as 'on' toggle buttons. Click on the*toggle buttons to change the primary days.6This window also shows which hours of the day the user5can login on network, batch, local, dialup and remote7terminals. Click (or click and drag) on the black bars1to change the hours of the day for each category. 3 accounts=Title Accounts window=Keyword accounts7The Accounts window displays a list of identifiers that4have the value [n,177777] which should correspond to0all the possible account strings. If you select4(double click on a list item or click and Accept) an4account, the Account field will be updated and a new5UIC will be assigned to the next higher member numberin the selected group.3 idents=Title Idents window=Keyword identifiers4The Idents window displays two lists of identifiers;4a list of all the identifiers assignable to the user/and a list of the identifiers held by the user.4To assign a new identifier to the user, click on the6identifier in the left list. To revoke an identifier,*click on the identifier in the right list.3 privs=Title Privs window=Keyword privileges5The Privs window displays a set of toggle buttons for6both assigned and default privileges. Privileges thatare 'on' are enabled.2 select=Title The Select Menu=Keyword select find_next=Include menus file find_next/The select menu allows you to choose a field to.associate with the 'Find Next' button.
