        Unfortunately, PMDF V5.0-4 removed the DECODE command. :-(

        You can also fetch MMENCODE from Andy Harper's server at King's
    College London:

        ftp.kcl.ac.uk      -  look in the [.DEFAULT] directory for
                              MMENCODE.1-OF-2 and MMENCODE.2-OF-2, 
    			      or MGET MMENCODE.* (and ignore the
                              .$PACKAGE file)

        vmsserv@kcl.ac.uk  -  send a one-line message: SEND MMENCODE.PACKAGE
