Each Season has a title line thatMindicates the dates when the season started and ended for first-run episodes.LThe number of episodes in the season, how often they were broadcast, and theHday of week (SA, M, T, TH, F) is also given. Any special event for thatKseason (new actor plays the Doctor, color broadcasting begins, etc) will bementioned on a subsequent line.NEach line for a story starts with the production code that was used by the BBCNto keep track of each story, the title of the story. The next column containsIthe keys for companions present in that story and that is followed by theLrepeat-character key. Refer to the table at the end of this document for theKkey. The next item indicates the number of episodes and if the BBC has theOcomplete story in the archive, partial or poor grade materials, or none at all.K(This information is constantly dated since the BBC is continuously findingI previously-lost material.) And finally, you are given the locations (ifKknown) where the story took place. Note that if information is larger thanLits column, it overflows and the next and subsequent columns are on the nextFline. Stories broadcast prior to 1-Jan-70 were in BW. Stories after thatrMdate were in Color, but some of the tapes have been lost, wiped, or have goneTMbad in the can. Apparently the BBC@ distribute the Color version to NTSC countries, and use the BW? version in PAL countries, including the U.K. This makes zero = sense, and I hope U.K. readers will be able to confirm/denym this.	<A Story originally recorded in BW, using BBC 405 video (for@ stories A to OO) or BW PAL 625 video (for stories PP to ZZ) or= BW film (16 or 35 mm).
