The following new features have been added/changed:

	*	CMU TCP/IP support added for VMS systems.
	*	WAIS searches now work when they are of type "www/present"
as opposed to just displaying the source file. View the
source like any other document with the backslash '\'.
	*	Code to notify programmers of memory leaks added in hopes of
aiding their disappearance in future releases.
	*	Telnet URLs now allow spaces/other characters in the user name
		only.
	*	Increased the allowed amount of nested HTML elements.
