  SPTFRAG reports on SPTE usage. It was in a Digital Systems Journal article,
so I'll have to check with the publisher before posting it anywhere. Just
finished a new version that is V6.0 compatible - bit 21 of the SPTE moved
over to bit 22, due to changes to support XVA and XPA (eXtended Virtual
Architecture and eXtended Physical Architecture). Don't run the old
version on V6.x systems...
