The source code is in Fortran and Sqlforms. I know that at least RCS (from ftp.virginia.edu), DEC's CMS and Softool's CCC are available for VMS. Any others ? Can anybody recommend/warn against/share experiences on these or any other packages ? Especially I am interested in packages with more functionality than RCS or CMS.
