Golomb's book is no longer published by Holden-Day. The publisher for
the second edition is Aegean Park Press, in Laguna Hills, California.
Their 1995 catalog shows the paperback edition available for $34.80.
You can order a copy by calling (800)-736-3587. Their catalog has
all kinds of goodies for cryptic people. ;-)
