There is a new release of the root name server cache file available from the
InterNIC.  You can access it directly from the InterNIC (see the instructions
below) or you can copy the info below directly.  Replace the entire contents of
MULTINET_COMMON_ROOT:[MULTINET]DOMAIN-NAME-SERVICE.CACHE with this information
IF AND ONLY IF you are directly on the Internet.  If your corporation is
running it's own internal namespace you should not change this file.
