The Transparent Gateway for IBM DRDA requires a Network Interface to provide the necessary network protocols with which to communicate with the DRDA server. There are two general flavors of Network Interface. TCP/IP and SNA. TCP/IP is provided by the host operating system, thus no additionl software is required. SNA is provided by 3rd-party addon software products. The list represents those products which are currently supported. Choosing the correct Network Interface Product requires an understanding of what is installed on the host system as well as what protocols are available to the DRDA server on the remote system. Choose one.
