1 Overview
1.1 Description
The alarm is issued when the software and configuration backup in an Ericsson Centralized User Database (CUDB) node has failed.
The alarm attributes are listed and explained in Table 1.

In Table 1, the indicated variables are as follows:
- <IP> is the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the faulty node.

The possible causes are as follows:
- Space problems on the disk storage system.

2 Procedure
Perform the following steps:
- Check the disk storage space in /home in the controllers. If there is not enough space, remove previous backups.
- Run the backup again. For further information, refer to CUDB Backup and Restore Procedures, Reference [3]. If itworks correctly the alarm will be cleared.
- If the alarm does not cease, consult the next level of maintenance support. Further actions are outside the scope of this Operating Instruction.
