1   Introduction

This document describes how to change manual backup name.

The syntax of a manual backup is as follows:

<manualBackupName>_<creation_date>_<creation_time>

The default value of the manual backup name is "".

1.1   Prerequisites

This section describes the prerequisites, which must be fulfilled before using the procedure.

1.1.1   Conditions

The following conditions must apply:

• The new manual backup name is known.
• An Ericsson Command-Line Interface (ECLI) session in Exec mode is in progress.

2   Procedure

To change manual backup name:

1. Navigate to the BrmBackupManagermanaged object, for example:

   >dn ManagedElement=NODE06ST,SystemFunctions=1,BrM=1,BrmBackupManager=SYSTEM_DATA

2. Enter Config mode:

   (BrmBackupManager=SYSTEM_DATA)>configure

3. Change the manual backup name, for example:

   (config-BrmBackupManager=SYSTEM_DATA)>manualBackupName=PERF_BACKUP_NAME1

4. Commit the change:

   (config-BrmBackupManager=SYSTEM_DATA)>commit

5. Verify the change:

   (BrmBackupManager=SYSTEM_DATA)>show

   The following is an example output:

   BrmBackupManager=SYSTEM_DATA [...] manualBackupName="PERF_BACKUP_NAME1" [...]
