Indicates the type of HW reset to be performed.

Possible values:
0 SOFT
1 HARD
2 FACTORYDEFAULT

`0`	`SOFT` Restart without removing power.
`1`	`HARD` Restart where the power is cycled (turned on and off or the equivalent).
`2`	`FACTORY_DEFAULT` A HARD reset followed by resetting the hardware is reset to the factory default settings.
