Defines a IP network route.

Attributes
`RouteGatewayAddress[0..1]`	`gateway` IP address or host name of the gateway.
`string[0..1]`	`interface` Name of the interface to route through packets.
`string mandatory`	`networkName [ 1..253 ]` Name of the network that should be routed.
`uint32 key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`routeId`
`IPv4v6Address[0..1]`	`sourceAddress` IP source address that should be set when using the route.
