struct MeasurementSpecification

Specifies a reference to either a MeasurementType MO or to a PmGroup MO.
Must contain only one member, either groupRef or measurementTypeRef.

`PmGroup`	`groupRef` Reference to a PmGroup which can be associated with a MeasurementReader. The MeasurementReader will therefore handle all the MeasurementTypes contained by the PmGroup. Only valid for PM jobs of type MEASUREMENTJOB.
`MeasurementType`	`measurementTypeRef` Reference to a MeasurementType which can be associated with a MeasurementReader. The MeasurementReader will handle this MeasurementType.
