1 Introduction

This document describes how to check the alarm status. The alarm status can be checked as part of preventive maintenance or problem resolution activities. In such situations, a detailed view of the active alarms in the managed element is required.

1.1 Prerequisites

This section describes the prerequisites, which must be fulfilled before using the procedure.

1.1.1 Conditions

The following condition must apply:

An Ericsson Command-Line Interface (ECLI) session in Exec mode is in progress.

2 Procedure

To check the alarm status:

Navigate to the Fm managed object, for example:
>dn ManagedElement=NODE06ST,SystemFunctions=1,Fm=1
Show the alarm list:
(Fm=1)>show

Show the details of an alarm, for example:

(Fm=1)>show FmAlarm=1

The following is an example output:
