AMR-WB codec configuration indicates support of all rates.
Rates: 23.85, 23.05, 19.85, 18.25, 15.85, 14.25, 12.65, 8.85, and 6.60 kbit/s. This value means that when MRF receives an offer without mode-set, then the offer will not be modified by MRF by adding the mode-set attribute to it. The absence of mode-set attribute in the offer equals to the support of all AMR-WB codec rates.
