Attributes
`AdmState`	`administrativeState = UNLOCKED` Administrative state of this node. Can be used to to temporarily stop services provided by the node, in a graceful fashion. While in LOCKED state, no service is provided until set to UNLOCKED. While in SHUTTINGDOWN state, the only allowed next state is LOCKED.
`AvailStatus[0..1] noNotification readOnly`	`availabilityStatus` The availability status qualifies the operational state. It indicates why the operational state has changed its value to DISABLED. If the availability status is DEGRADED, the attribute operationalState is ENABLED. Supported values are the following: 1 : FAILED 2 : POWER_OFF 3 : OFF_LINE 4 : OFF_DUTY 6 : DEGRADED.
