Attributes
`string key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`announcementsId` The value component of the RDN.
`string[0..1]`	`defaultLanguageCode = en-GB [ 0..128 ]` The default Language code of the announcements. Language code has the format of an RFC 5646 language tag. The default language code is used as language code for the basic and variable announcements in case the H.248 (or SIP) message doesn’t contain any language code for the requested announcement. Example: en-GB
