MrfSipControl

This MO represents the SIP Control of the MRF.

This MO is a container for all application server nodes that are controlling the vMRF VNF via SIP (Mr, Netann).

Attributes
`AdmState`	`administrativeState = LOCKED` The administrative state of the MO.
`uint16`	`localPortNumber = 5060 { 1024..65535 }` The local TCP/UDP port used for the SIP Interface. In order to change the value of this attribute, administrativeState attribute has to be in LOCKED state. localPortNumber = 5060 { 1024..65535 }
`string key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`mrfSipControlId` The value component of the RDN.
