When the timer expires, administrativeState is set to LOCKED and services provided by the node is stopped.
Setting the value of this attribute to 0, disables the the shuttingDownTimer. This means that the MrfInstance becomes locked when all services has stopped in the node.

When set false, MO based pool will be the IPv6 allocation method. When set true, Stateless Address AutoConfiguration (SLAAC) will be the IPv6 allocation method.
If IP pools are already in use when set true, the IPv6 addresses will be reallocated using SLAAC, but IP pools will remain. If SLAAC is in use when set false, the IPv6 addresses will be reallocated from the IP pool(s), if such exist.
