`0`	`RELEASE_REASON_DISABLED` When this attribute is set to 0, MTAS does not set Reason header in the outgoing termination request.
`1`	`RELEASE_REASON_ENABLED` When this attribute is set to 1, MTAS uses the pre-configured Reason header in the outgoing CANCEL/BYE to release the PS leg.
