`BasicAdmState`	`vtasCsaAdministrativeState = LOCKED` This attribute indicates the administrative state of the Communication Setup Announcement service. The state controls whether or not MTAS can initiate announcement during communication setup towards the served user. Takes effect: New session
`VtasDropBackDT`	`vtasCsaDropBack = USE_OTP_VALUES` This attribute defines whether this virtual operator wishes to use the values in VtasCsa or the values in MtasCsa. Takes effect: New session
