It is a list of strings where each string represents one format of the command that is allowed to be used for Call Return service. vtasSscCrDropBack = USE_OTP_VALUES
This attribute defines whether the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) want to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasSscCr.
When this attribute is set to "Use own values", the initial values of the other attributes in VtasSscCr are all set to the values of the corresponding attributes in MtasSscCr, and the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of VtasSscCr.
When this attribute is set to "Use OTP values", the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of MtasSscCr.

This attribute specifies if provisioning of supplementary service code is a precondition or not before use of SSC for Call Return Service is allowed. It is used to activate or deactivate this precondition. To activate, set vtasSscCrEnforceSscSubscribe to TRUE.
