Not used in this release. MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile contains attributes for customizable user input(prompt and collect and voice recognition) error handling.
At initial start, the system creates a default MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile=Default entry. All service configuration will refer to the MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile=Default by default. In order to delete an MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile, it may not be referred to by any service in the configuration.
