MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile

Not used in this release. MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile contains attributes for customizable user input(prompt and collect and voice recognition) error handling.
At initial start, the system creates a default MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile=Default entry. All service configuration will refer to the MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile=Default by default. In order to delete an MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfile, it may not be referred to by any service in the configuration.

`MtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfileMaxAttemptsDT`	`mtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfileMaxAttempts = 1` Not used in this release. Maximum number of attempts for the user input to be entered. 0 means Mrf's default behavior is used. Takes effect: New session
`MtasString0to032DT[0..1]`	`mtasMrfUserInputErrorHandlingProfileNoInputAnnouncement` Not used in this release. Generic Announcement to be played when no-input event is triggered on Mrf.
