`0`	`ROAMING_POLICY` Pull from roaming device not allowed if OCB Roaming condition exists. Applicable only to SSC based Call Pull.
`1`	`SAME_COUNTRY` Pulling device must be in same country as existing device.
`2`	`SAME_COUNTRY_FIXED_EXCEPTION` Pulling mobile device must be in same country as the target mobile device. A fixed device can always pull the call.
`3`	`SAME_NETWORK` Pulling mobile device must be in same network as the target mobile device. A mobile device in the home network can always pull the call. A fixed device can always pull the call.
