This attribute defines the administrative state of the Call Return function used to LOCK or UNLOCK the function.
- When LOCKED (0), Call Return function is deactivated on the node.
- When UNLOCKED (1), Call Return function is activated on the node.

This attribute controls the type of announcement at interrogation of last saved call. when set to 0 , An interrogation the same day as the last saved call results in playing the time of the call, otherwise the date will be played. When set to 1 , The service plays date and time of last saved call independent of the interrogation time. When set to 2 , The service plays relative date; "today", "yesterday" or the day and month, e.g. "25th of October", and time of last saved call. When set to 3 , The service plays relative date; "today", "yesterday" or the date, e.g. "25 October 2018", and time of last saved call.
