`BasicAdmState`	`mtasCsAdministrativeState = LOCKED` This attribute defines the administrative state of the Carrier Select function is used to lock or unlock the function. When Unlocked, the carrier select function is invoked for new carrier selected outgoing sessions. When Locked, the carrier select function is not performed by the MTAS. Takes effect: New session
`BasicAdmState`	`mtasCsDestDisallowAudioAnnCtrl = LOCKED` This attribute defines whether to disable or enable audio announcement for Carrier Select destination disallowed. Takes effect: New session

When this CM is set to 1, MTAS will account special characters received in CSC in Request URI. CIC for outgoing INVITE will b calculated including the special character.
