Numeric Enumeration: 0-3 (0=ORIGINATING, 1=TERMINATING, 2=ORIGINATING_AND_TERMINATING, 3=DYNAMIC)

`0`	`ORIGINATING` When this attribute is set to 0, F-IWF is triggered for Originating MTAS.
`1`	`TERMINATING` When this attribute is set to 1, F-IWF is triggered for Terminating MTAS.
`2`	`ORIGINATING_AND_TERMINATING` When this attribute is set to 2, F-IWF is triggered for both Originating MTAS and Terminating MTAS.
`3`	`DYNAMIC` When this attribute is set to 3, F-IWF is triggered when the header in initial INVITE matches mtasFoIwInvocationHeaderName and mtasFoIwInvocationHeaderValue.
