MtasScaling

This is a container class for the scaling related attributes. This MOC and its attributes will be applicable for CBA only(vMTAS), not for TSP(MTAS) .

Attributes
`MtasString0to065535DT key mandatory noNotification restricted`	`mtasScaling` This is the key attribute of the MtasScaling containing all the scaling related parameters. One instance of the MtasScaling with the key mtasScaling=default is created at startup. This instance cannot be deleted.
`MtasScalingScaleInOutDT[0..1]`	`mtasScalingScaleIn` This parameter defines the time and the number of payloads that CSCF shall trigger the scale in and workflow for CEE/OpenStack. Takes effect: New session
`MtasScalingScaleInOutDT[0..1]`	`mtasScalingScaleOut` This parameter defines the time and the number of payloads that CSCF shall trigger the scale out and workflow for CEE/OpenStack. Takes effect: New session
`MtasBooleanDT`	`mtasScalingTimeBasedScalingEnabled = false` This parameter is used to enable the auto-scaling mechanism based on time of day to trigger the auto-scaling and workflow for CEE/OpenStack. The default value will be False. Takes effect: New session
