AdmState |
-
mtasSccAdministrativeState
=
LOCKED
-
This attribute provides the administrative state of the SCC AS node. When Unlocked, the SCC AS provides full response. When Locked, the SCC AS responds 503 Service Unavailable to any SIP stimulus. When Shuttingdown, the SCC AS responds 503 Service Unavailable to initial INVITE messages, processes other SIP messages as normal, and responds "TaskRefused" to any CAP stimulus.
Dependencies: mtasSdsAdministrativeState must be enabled for SCC AS to work properly. Takes effect: New session

MtasString1to064DT |
-
mtasSccAsName
=
SCCAS
-
This attribute defines the name of the SCC AS. This name will be matched with received "as" attribute value in top most Route Header from CSCF. If match found SCC AS session will be applied on the incoming Event.

MtasString1to128DT[0..1] |
-
mtasSccChargingProfile
=
Default
-
This attribute defines the charging profile to be used for Service Centralization and Continuity (SCC) services. All services use the same charging profile. The default value is to refer to the default MtasChargingProfile.
Dependencies: An offline charging profile must be configured with the value of this attribute as key. Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccHssDeploymentModeDT |
-
mtasSccHssDeploymentMode
=
HSS
-
This attribute defines the SCC AS deployment mode, with or without interface to HSS(IMS)
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccMobileBehaviourDT |
-
mtasSccMobileBehaviour
=
MOBILE_ENHANCEMENT_OFF
-
This attribute defines if mobile subscription information of the subscriber shall be considered in charging and general call handling. A precondition for using this extension is that mtasSubsDataCacheContactData is enabled.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliAccessDomainBasedOnUpliDT |
-
mtasSccNpliAccessDomainBasedOnUpli
=
SCC_UPLI_DISABLED
-
Not used in this release. When enabled, Access domain and node used in the SCC AS NPLI query to HSS is based on user PANI access-type in the SIP message that triggers NPLI.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasString0to032DT |
-
mtasSccNpliDefaultCSAccessType
=
3GPP-GERAN
-
This attribute defines the access-type of a PANI header:<access-type>;network-provided. generated by the SCC AS for an originating or terminating call from/to the CS domain.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliDT |
-
mtasSccNpliOriginating
=
NPLI_DISABLED
-
This attribute defines the policy for originating NPLI retrieval in SCC AS on incoming INVITE without valid CGI/ECGI/NCGI in network PANI. The access domain and node used in the NPLI retrieval from HSS is given by the following data and in that order:
- the call case; for example the call is routed from CS to IMS via SCC AS SDS service, access domain is then forced to CS; - registration data; - default setting, if no other data available about the served user then the default setting as defined by this CM attribute is used.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliCSLocationInformationDT |
-
mtasSccNpliOriginatingCSLocationInformation
=
CGI
-
This attribute defines if VLR Number or MSC Number provided by the NPLI CS Location Information are added as extra parameters to the Access-Network-Information AVP towards charging and P-Access-Network Information header used in SIP signalling for originating calls from CS domain.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliRetrievalOnSessionReleaseDT |
-
mtasSccNpliOriginatingOnSessionRelease
=
NPLI_DISABLED
-
This attribute controls the NPLI retrieval functionality on session release for the originating sessions in SCC-AS. The NPLI query on session release is triggered on receiving SIP BYE/200-OK(BYE) from the served user without valid CGI/ECGI in the network PANI. When the session is terminated by the served user, the NPLI query is triggered on BYE from the served user. When the session is terminated by the remote user, the query is triggered on 200-OK(BYE) from the served user.
Dependencies: Cannot set to 1(NPLI_ENABLED) when mtasSccNpliOriginating is set to 0(NPLI_DISABLED). Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliPaniConditionDT |
-
mtasSccNpliPaniCondition
=
NET_PANI
-
This attribute defines which PANI in the incoming SIP event to check for validity in the NPLI feature in SCC AS.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliDT |
-
mtasSccNpliTerminating
=
NPLI_DISABLED
-
This attribute defines the policy for terminating NPLI retrieval in SCC AS on incoming 180/200 response on (re-)INVITE without valid CGI/ECGI/NCGI in network PANI. The access domain and node used in the NPLI retrieval from HSS is given by the following data and in that order:
- the call case; for example the response is on a breakout to CS, access domain is then forced to CS
- registration data; - default setting, if no other data available about the served user then the default setting as defined by this CM attribute is used.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliCSLocationInformationDT |
-
mtasSccNpliTerminatingCSLocationInformation
=
CGI
-
This attribute defines if VLR Number or MSC Number provided by the NPLI CS Location Information are added as extra parameters to the Access-Network-Information AVP towards charging and P-Access-Network Information header used in SIP signalling for terminating calls to CS domain.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliRetrievalOnInviteRejectDT |
-
mtasSccNpliTerminatingOnInviteReject
=
NPLI_DISABLED
-
This attribute controls the NPLI retrieval functionality on INVITE reject response on terminating sessions in SCC-AS. The NPLI query is triggered on receiving INVITE reject response from the served user if there is no valid location available.
Takes effect: New session
|
MtasSccNpliRetrievalOnSessionReleaseDT |
-
mtasSccNpliTerminatingOnSessionRelease
=
NPLI_DISABLED
-
This attribute controls the NPLI retrieval functionality on session release for the terminating sessions in SCC-AS. The NPLI query on session release is triggered on receiving SIP BYE/200-OK(BYE) from the served user without valid CGI/ECGI in the network PANI. When the session is terminated by the served user, the NPLI query is triggered on BYE from the served user. When the session is terminated by the remote user, the query is triggered on 200-OK(BYE) from the served user.

mtasSccRegEventResponseTimer
=
2000
-
This attribute defines the time that the SCC AS waits for a response to a SUBSCRIBE sent to the S-CSCF to obtain a served user's registration status.
The attribute is also used as the duration of the time that the SCC AS waits for a NOTIFY if it receives a 2xx response to the SUBSCRIBE.
