Defines the support for the Multi Mobile subscription under one IRS.It determines if MTAS consider Multiple Mobile subscriptions provisioned for the subscriber in single IRS. 0=PRIMARY_MOBILE_SUBSCRIPTION_ACTIVE , 1=ALL_MOBILE_SUBSCRIPTIONS_ACTIVE.
Only primary mobile device provisioned in multi-mobile-subscription-list will be treated as mobile, for rest originating calls will be rejected and devices will not be hunted for terminations of calls.
