The VtasMmt MO serves as a structural MO for the supplementary services in a complete VTP,
as well as a main switch for the MMTel.
To activate the MMTel service for this virtual operator, perform the following step:
- Set the vtasMmtAdministrativeState attribute to 1 (Unlocked).

This MO is created by the system.

Attributes

vtasMmt
This attribute defines the primary key of VtasMmt and this section describes the VtasMmt attributes.
BasicAdmState
vtasMmt199Generation = UNLOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the 199 provisional response generation.
If set to Enabled, 199 provisional response will be generated across multiple services to inform the caller that an early dialog has been terminated.For example, 199 provisional response will be generated when MTAS initiates the release of the MTAS established announcement early dialog.See also vtasMmt199Method attribute that determines for which scenarios the 199 Early Dialog Terminated message is sent. Prerequisite for sending 199 Early Dialog Terminated message is the "199" option-tag indicated in the Supported header of the associated dialog establishment INVITE request.

Takes effect: New session
MtasMmt199MethodDT
vtasMmt199Method = MMT_199_ON_ALL
This attribute controls whether 199 Early Dialog Terminated message shall be sent for all MMTel AS initiated early dialogs or only for the dialogs that do not terminate the session. This attribute has effect only if vtasMmt199Generation is set to 1=UNLOCKED.

Dependencies: This attribute has effect only if vtasMmt199Generation is set to 1=UNLOCKED
Takes effect: New session
AdmState
vtasMmtAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the VtasMmt MO. Controls the possibilities
to set up MMTel sessions. Changing this attribute impacts all traffic, including conference, for more information see chapter "Administrative State".

Takes effect: New session
BasicAdmState
vtasMmtAscfAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the AS Controlled Forking feature. This attribute determines if MTAS can use terminal selector in the INVITEs sent to the served user.

Takes effect: New session
MtasUint00000to065535DT
vtasMmtAudioAnnounceCode = 0
This attribute defines which audio announcement that is to be played to a party calling an unregistered PUI.

Takes effect: New session
BasicAdmState
vtasMmtAudioAnnouncement = LOCKED

extended feature tag is configured to be used.

Takes effect: New session
BasicAdmState
vtasMmtGen199Reliably = LOCKED
This attribute defines whether the 199 provisional response should be generated reliably or unreliably.
If set to Enabled, MTAS generates a 199 provisional response reliably.

Dependencies: The Enabled setting has an effect only in that case if the vtasMmt199Generation attribute is set to Enabled, and the "199" option-tag was indicated in the Supported header field of the associated dialog establishment INVITE request, and the "100rel" option-tag was indicated in the Require header field of the associated dialog establishment INVITE request.
Takes effect: New session
MtasGaAnnIdRefDT[0..1]
vtasMmtLocalRingbackAnnouncementName
This attribute defines the name of the generic announcement, specified in an instance of MtasGaAnn, to be used in case of Local Ringback scenario. If this attribute is empty or does not specify an instance of MtasGaAnn, no announcement is played.

The attribute defines if there shall be user controlled ring back or network provided ring back.

Takes effect: New session
MtasMmtLoopDetectionDT
vtasMmtLoopDetection = DISABLED
This attribute defines whether to enable/disable the call diversion loop detection function. When enabled and a loop is detected the call is rejected with SIP response 482 Loop Detected.

Takes effect: New session
MtasMmtMaxNumberOfSessionsDT
vtasMmtMaxNumberOfSessions = 10
This attribute defines the maximum number of MMTel sessions that a PUI can have.

Takes effect: New session
MtasString0to064DT[0..1]
vtasMmtMediaBasedRoutingAudioPrefix
This attribute defines the string extension to add as a prefix after the + sign to
the Tel URI when SDP only has audio defined as a media.

Takes effect: New session
MtasTimerSec00010to000300DT
vtasMmtNoReplyTimer = 180
This attribute defines the no reply timer for MMTel sessions. If vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer is enabled (> 0), vtasMmtNoReplyTimer is considered only for the terminating MMTel sessions.

Dependencies: The configured value is not to be greater than the value of the vtasCDivTimer. If mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer is enabled (> 0), vtasMmtNoReplyTimer has to be at least 10 seconds shorter than mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer.
Takes effect: New session
MtasString0to032DT
mandatory
vtasMmtNpliDefaultAccessType
This attribute defines the acces-type part of a PANI header: "<access-type>; network-provided" generated by MTAS in the following cases:
- terminating call to unregistered UE;
- out-of-dialog NOTIFY (charging-info;SMS-DeReg) message is received from SCG node.

Dependencies: None
Takes effect: New session
MtasMmtOptimizedEarlyUpdateTimerDT
vtasMmtOptimizedEarlyUpdateTimer = 500
This attribute defines the value of a timer started after sending the 200 OK to the served user, whenever the served user has active CAT service. When the timer expires the TAS sends its own UPDATE with the original SDP offer received from the caller to force the MSC to return a true SDP answer.

Takes effect: New session
MtasTimerSec00000to000610DT
vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer = 0
This attribute defines the no reply timer for originating MMTel sessions. The recommended value of the vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer is at least 2 seconds longer than the value of the vtasMmtNoReplyTimer, in order to terminate the session first by the terminating MMTel AS. The value 0 indicates that vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer is disabled and vtasMmtNoReplyTimer attribute defines the No Reply Timer for originating MMTel sessions too. Note that if the value is set to maximum (>600) and the call setup time reaches 10 minutes, then the Node Control function 'Hanging Process Supervision' will terminate the process unconditionally and tear down the call setup. If vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer is enabled (> 0),recommended value is 182 secs if other timers are at default. If vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer is enabled (> 0) and mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer is disabled (set to 0),recommended value should be at least 10 sec less than maximum limit of mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer. vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer value greater than maximum limit of mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer is not recommended for robustness and network performance.

Dependencies: If mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer is enabled (> 0) and vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer is enabled (> 0), vtasMmtOrigNoReplyTimer has to be at least 10 seconds shorter than mtasSipInvite2FinalResponseTimer.
Takes effect: New session
MtasTimerMSec00200to002000DT
vtasMmtPresenceResponseTimer = 1000
This attribute defines the time that the MTAS waits for a response to a SUBSCRIBE
sent to the Presence Agent, to obtain a served user's presence status. The attribute is also used
as the duration of the time that the MTAS waits for a NOTIFY if it receives a 2xx response to the
SUBSCRIBE.

Takes effect: New session
MtasQosPreconditionTimerDT
vtasMmtQosPreconditionTimer = 20
This attribute defines the time limit imposed to achieve the QoS precondition (RFC 3312) when
attempting to play an announcement in early media. 0 has the special meaning that no timer
is used to supervise the achievement of preconditions.

This attribute specifies the trigger criteria of the terminated unregistered state in MTAS.

Takes effect: New session
MtasMmtTransparentModeDT
vtasMmtTransparentMode = TRANSPARENT_MODE_ENABLED
This attribute defines whether to enable or disable transparent mode. If enabled, then QoS precondition negotiation will be possible across multiple services and unwanted backward early media from target terminals will be suppressed using 'P-Early-Media: inactive' header in SIP signals relayed upstream (to the caller).

Takes effect: New session
MtasQ850CauseValueNumeric0to127DT
vtasMmtUnregAnnCauseValue = 0
This attribute defines which Q.850 Cause Value Code that is to be included in a Reason header sent in the SIP 183 Session Progress by the MMTel unregistered service from the terminating MTAS, before the announcement is played.
