This attribute defines whether the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) want to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasAp.
When this attribute is set to "Use own values", the initial values of the other attributes in VtasAp are all set to the values of the corresponding attributes in MtasAp, and the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of VtasAp.
When this attribute is set to "Use OTP values", the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of MtasAp.

This attribute defines the number of characters in a normalized fixed number, including the initial "+" and the country code, to be used in the Long-Distance Mobile Number Policing check.
The length specified must allow the Long-Distance Mobile Number Policing check to distinguish a fixed number
from a mobile number (vtasApLdmnpMobileNumberLength), but as the caller's identity and called party's identity
are in different formats during the check, it is not possible for the system to impose a dependency between the two attributes.
