This attribute defines the administrative state of the Call Return function used to LOCK or UNLOCK the function.
- When LOCKED (0), Call Return function is deactivated on the node.
- When UNLOCKED (1), Call Return function is activated on the node.

This attribute defines the value of the operator named segmented announcement to be played when Call Return service should inform the caller about the the last call phone number, date or time when invoked with the Supplementary Service Code for Call Return without announcement prompt.

This attribute defines whether the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) want to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasCr.
When this attribute is set to "Use own values", the initial values of the other attributes in VtasCr are all set to the values of the corresponding attributes in MtasCr, and the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of VtasCr.
When this attribute is set to "Use OTP values", the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of MtasCr.
