This attribute allows the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasStod. When this attribute is set to "Use own values", the initial value of vtasStodHoldClearTimer attribute in VtasStod is set to the value of the corresponding mtasStodHoldClearTimer attribute in MtasStod, and the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of VtasStod. When this attribute is set to "Use OTP values", the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of MtasStod.

This attribute defines a part of request URI (character string) that is matched against initial event request URI (both, sip and tel) in order to check whether the service is applicable or not. It is not regular expression matching. It is literal character string that needs to be found in the request URI. If the values is 0 length string, the service should not be invoked.
