This attribute defines the primary key of VtasUCac and this section describes the VtasUCac attributes.

vtasUCacAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the User Call Admission Control service is used to lock or unlock the service.
- When UNLOCKED (1), new sessions are subject to User Call Admission Control.
- When LOCKED (0), new sessions are not subject to User Call Admission Control.


Dependencies: The vtasUCacAdministrativeState attribute must not be set to the value 0 (Locked) unless the vtasCwAdministrativeState attribute is set to the value 0 (Locked) or the vtasCwOperateMode attribute is set to 2 (ALTERNATE_MODE_2) or 4 (MOBILE_CW).

This attribute defines whether the Virtual Telephony Provider (VTP) want to use the values of the corresponding Operating Telephony Provider (OTP) attributes in MtasUCac.
When this attribute is set to "Use own values", the initial values of the other attributes in VtasUCac are all set to the values of the corresponding attributes in MtasUCac, and the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of VtasUCac.
When this attribute is set to "Use OTP values", the behavior of MTAS for the served users belonging to this VTP is determined by the values of the attributes of MtasUCac.
