This attribute defines the syntax for service code command for OIR service activation. It is a list of strings where each string represents one format of the command that is allowed to be used for the activation of OIR service. The strings include symbols and values defined for command prefix, service codes, separators, supplementary information, and command suffix. The service activation request also results in the status being set to active = true (if not already so).

Dependencies: Every entry must be distinguished from every other SSC command syntax.
