This attribute defines the number of characters in a normalized fixed number,
including the initial "+" and the country code, to be used in the Long-Distance Mobile Number Policing check. The length specified must allow the Long-Distance Mobile Number Policing check to distinguish a fixed number from a mobile number (mtasApLdmnpMobileNumberLength), but as the caller's identity and called party's identity are in different formats during the check, it is not possible for the system to impose a dependency between the two attributes.
