mtasCat
This attribute is the primary key of MtasCat and this section describes the MtasCat attributes.
BasicAdmState
mtasCatAdministrativeState = LOCKED
This attribute indicates the administrative state of the Customized Alerting Tones Support service. This attribute determines if MTAS initiates Customized Alerting Tones sending for the served user.

Dependencies: This attribute cannot not be unlocked if there is no mtasAdditionalMediaResource object created with the attribute mtasAdditionalMediaResourceAdministrativeState set to 1 and the mtasAdditionalMediaResourceName attribute set to other value than the default and mtasAdditionalMediaResource is created with value 0.

OperState
mtasCatEndToEndSipPreconditions = DISABLED
This attribute defines whether MTAS CAT Service supports SIP Preconditions or not. This attribute cannot be enabled if mtasCatInvokeOnSessionProgress is enabled or mtasCatTimer is set to a value greater than 0.If Enabled, MTAS CAT Service supports SIP Preconditions.If Disabled, MTAS CAT Service does not support SIP Preconditions.

Dependencies: This attribute cannot be enabled if mtasCatInvokeOnSessionProgress is enabled or is mtasCatTimer greater than 0
Takes effect: New session
MtasBooleanDT
mtasCatInvokeOnSessionProgress = false
This attribute indicates whether the Customized Alerting Tones service should be triggered on 183 Session Progress from the served user.

Dependencies: This attribute cannot be set to Yes if mtasCatEndToEndSipPreconditions is enabled.
