If value is set to 0, then if Mr interface is being used the negotiated codec between the Conference Creator and external MRFC is offered out to the new participant. For Mp interface the MRFP supported codec list is offered out to the new participant. The media stream is in sendrecv mode for both interfaces.

If value is set to 1, then the MRF's codec list is offered out to new conference participant with sendonly media stream.
