This attribute defines the name of the Call Type that a Carrier Operator call is deemed to be, for the purposes of carrier pre-selection.
Dependencies: If this attribute is non-empty, the value of this attribute can be the value of an instance of mtasCpsCallTypeName,
or one of "Non Local", "IntraLata", "IntraLataToll", "InterLata", "NanpZone1", and "NanpInternational".
This attribute can not be set to the empty string unless mtasCpsCarrierOperatorCallNumber is empty.

This attribute defines the dialed digits which identify a call as a Carrier Operator call.
Dependencies: This attribute can only be set to a value other than the empty string if
mtasCpsCarrierOperatorCallCallType is not empty.
If this attribute is set to other than the empty string, this attribute can not be set to the same value as the attribute mtasCpsLocalOperatorCallNumber.
