It can be any string other than "Local", "Non Local", "L_National", "L_International", "L_IntraLata", "L_IntraLataToll", "L_InterLata", "L_NanpZone1" or "L_Nanp", which are reserved to indicate matches and non-matches with values in NumberAnalysis.
Dependencies: The string must be unique within the instances of MtasCpsCallType. This attribute can not be changed if either mtasCpsLocalOperatorCallCallType or mtasCpsCarrierOperatorCallCallType contains the existing value.
