The MtasGenSsc MO represents the Generic Supplementary Service Codes (GenSSC) subfunction of the SSC service in an MTAS node. GenSSC can only be activated together with the SSC service by setting the mtasSscAdministrativeState attribute to UNLOCKED (1).

If it begins with the "ga:" prefix, then the remaining part shall be interpreted as the identifier of a Generic Announcement, else it shall contain a non-negative integer number which identifies an audio resource in the MRF/MRFP.
