The MtasMmtLongDurationCall MO represents the Long Duration Call Supervision service in an MTAS node. To activate the Supervision service, set the mtasMmtLongDurationCallAdministrativeState attribute to UNLOCKED (1).

This attribute defines the administrative state of the MtasMmtLongDurationCall MO, and is used to lock or unlock all the sub-functions(MtasMmtLongDurationCallOrig, MtasMmtLongDurationCallTerm) of the long duration call supervision function.
- When LOCKED (0), no long duration call supervision can be performed.
- When UNLOCKED (1), long duration call supervision can be performed.
