This attribute defines the primary key of MtasPriorityCall and this section describes the MtasPriorityCall attributes.
BasicAdmState
mtasPriorityCallAdminState = LOCKED
This attribute defines the administrative state of the Priority Calls function in the MTAS.
- When UNLOCKED (1), Priority Call Header information can be sent out/through the MTAS.
- When LOCKED (0), no Priority Call Manipulation occurs, the Priority Call Header is passed through unaffected.

This attribute defines the administrative state of the Resource Priority handling function in MTAS.
When unlocked, incoming SIP Resource-priority headers will be processed for Resource Priority handling.
When locked, Resource-priority headers will pass through MTAS with no effect.

mtasPriorityCallTerminateOnLowCredit = UNLOCKED
This attribute defines whether resource prioritized calls can be terminated due to that MTAS detects low credit after polling the charging system. When disabled, MTAS does not terminate resource prioritized calls based on information received in Credit Control Answer messages from online charging system. When enabled, Credit Control Answer.
